About Us
AG Biyoinformatik (AGB), is an R&D based consulting and informatics firm supported by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and Bilkent University Cyberpark (Science and Technology Park).
AGB is the first enterprise specialized in the bioinformatics area in Turkey. It was founded on June 24, 2008 after accomplishing the evaluation process of TUBITAK, which lasted for 11 months, successfully.
Primary goal is to perform analysis, interpretation, and reporting of microarray data automatically, using a Turkish interface. Besides; our firm, with the help of the professional experiences, provides biology-based software services to the Research Institutes and Enterprises. Particularly, we aim to provide specialized solutions for interdisciplinary problems related with molecular biology and genetics, which requires expertise in the field.
